concord and leaching her to die. nick? >> the arrest was made in less than 24 hours. it was breaking news for us yesterday because we were the first to tell you about woman hit and the driver drove off. look at this, because now police have made an arrest. this is 29-year-old tyler larson of antioch, concord police arrested larson believing he is responsible for running down a woman on sunday night. curing to sources at the scene larson was driving a black 1997 chevrolet pickup traveling eastern at willow pass road. our cameras were there as investigators and california highway pa trillion collected evidence connected to the suspect vehicle. we were first to tell you about surveillance video near the scene. it captured images of 46-year-old woman leaving the parking lot of a store minutes before she was truck and killed.
