a man was dead inside the home on the on the scene and the rim is a man in his 20 and it appears he had at least one gunshot wound. they found several potted marijuana plants inside the home but they are not saying it was a grow house. no suspects are in custody. they are waiting until they notify the family before they release the name of this victim. this is an investigation that has spanned several hours and investigators are on the scene. we waiting for a sergeant to speak with us. in the east bay, arson is on the scene of an early morning fire at oakland market that broke out at 82nd avenue before 3:00. firefighters found two separate fires burning inside the business. there were no signs of forced

entry. this is "suspicious" in nature. the prime suspect in saturday's death of a castro valley woman has confessed to the murder. her husband told us this. wife, the body was found inside the home on friday afternoon. authorities say they responded to the home three times for domestic disputes in 2009. >> developing news in the another bacon core investigators say quick police work helped them make an arrest in a deadly hit-and-run accident that killed a pedestrian. a 29-year-old antioch man was arrested, tyler larson. the 46-year-old victim was seen if video leaving the store moments before being hit on sunday night. particular senator is held at
