seven people were shot. it happened at 9:00 in the tenderloin last night in san francisco at at taylor. there was an argument going on in a car. >> the guy get out and starting shooting. the people were running. they the scared. i saw people falling. that is all i saw. i didn't see the shooter. >> the victims were brought to san francisco general. all seven. they think they are going to be okay. at this point, no arrests have been made. police are asking anyone who saw anything to please give the police department a call and give officers the details you have. >> stay with abc7 news for the latest on this developing story. we will go back to amy at top of the hour and get updates on twitter@abcnews. >> today, san jose police

officer accused of raping a woman on duty will be arraigned. he is accused of attacking a woman in september an officer who responded to a domestic disturbance involving a san jose couple. the wife decided to spend the night at a local motel and he drove her there. she claims that officer graves returned to the hotel and raped her and the d.n.a. was found on his vest. >> in chicago, 30 people are injured after commuter trail derailed at ohio international airport before 3:00 their time this morning. investigators say a blue line train jumped at the end of the line and went over the sidewalk, up the stairs and on to an escalator. there was concern that people were trapped under the train but that was not the case. no injury is life threatening. investigators with the ntsb are headed to the scene. >> in washington state, eight

have slowing in the eastbound direction along 580 headed away from north flynn road with construction. we will find out in a bit but we have construction project in san jose northbound 880 as we come up to the off-ramp that is shut down until 6:00. traveling in the southbound direction we are noticing slow down away from 101 to 280. in the westbound direction from tracy to dublin is 24 minutes. 101 southbound from san rafael to san francisco is under 20 minutes. the san mateo bridge is moving along fine across the water it will take nine minutes from hayward to foster city. >> the bicycle pat on the eastern span of the bay bridge is about to be ripped out.

$47,000 a day. officials state cost was higher than expected but said it was needed to open it for bicyclists and walkers when it opened to cars with the permanent path to open march 31. >> there will an public memorial service for a northern california sheriff deputy who grew up in the north bay. the service is held wednesday for 48-year-old mendocino by an armed suspect. the memorial is held at fort bragg at 10:00 a.m. >> police officers from across the bay area are pitching in to help out the family of another fallen officer. bart police sergeant tom smith died in the line of duty two months ago. his colleagues held a special event to raise money for the family.
