are hospitalized including a five-month-old infant in critical condition. >> in the past hour, law enforcement officials in san mateo county announced the biggest gang bust in county history a dozen accused gang members indicted for murder and other crimes. nick? it legally just wrapped up. san mateo county district attorney says this is the most massive case prosecuted by the district attorney's office: 11 are being arraigned this district court. san mateo county district attorney says that operation sunny day was named that because that term, sunny day, is what was used by the gang members when murders they ordered, orchestrated, or committed were carried out. the gangs identified by the district attorney are one called taliban, a gang war. the grand jury returned three indictments charges 16 people for a series of crimes that

included murder, attempted murder, illegal firearms possession, conspiracy and drug tracking. >> of the 16 people, 11 of them are in custody in san mateo county jail right now. the other five are in custody in other jurisdictions and will be prosecute back to san mateo county for this prosecution. of the 16, nine of them are charged with capital murder. the investigation lasted 18 months. of the individuals challenged, they range in age from 19 to 28 years old. the district attorney says that this young set of defendants is responsible for violence across san mateo county. it took the grand jury of 17, two months to study evidence and return the indictments. later today at 5:00 and 6:00 my colleague will have more on the back grounds of the individuals and the crimes they are accused of having committed. of course, we will have the

9:00 last night. witnesses say the gun mass was in the car and he got in an argument. the guy got out and started shooting. the people started running. they all scattered. i saw people falling. >> police have not made any arrest but say it looks like the shooter was mad about a dose game and shot eight people. the police say his intended target got away. the victims were taken to the hospital but have all been treated and releaseed. >> no one died. people on live and work in the ten door line are upset and squared. two believes are keeping watch over the intersection today and say investigators are looking at surveillance video from the cameras perched in the area. still, without an arrest, locals worry about the impact. >> when people see this, no one will come...it hurts the who will city. >> police this morning in the last hour have released few

if you had to town it on. the the redwood trees suck up the water. the low clouds are hanging out at the coats and that is where they will stay. they will thin out but you can see the difference on the coast with the clouds and into the bay on the left and the haze hanging around and the fog is gone in the north bay. this is how it looks to the south, san jose, good morning. the progress is going on downtown with the cranes moving around, and it will be sunny inland with today the warmest day and temperatures are well above average at seven or eight degrees warmer than average. midweek and possibly weekend we could have rain. the high today is upper 50's to low 60's on the coast. upper 60's for san francisco and richmond. you will fan out in san rafael and oakland and fremont and palo alto and you will have the low-to-mid 70's today. tonight you have the clouds

rolling in and it will not be so cold. low 50's around richmond and san mateo. notice where the rain is, it is not in our neighborhoods. here is what is happening, high pressure at the bottom of the screen is shrinking and trying to hide. that is keeping the storm away for today. that is why we will have a warm and dry day. the cold front and the trough behind it is one and two, tuesday and wednesday's rain and showers. at 5:00 tomorrow morning, dry in the north bay but by 9:00 when the commute is over the rains are moving in but 9:00 through nine it moves through the day and noon to 2:00 or 3:00 it moves through the south bay and it becomes showers by 5:00 after the steady rain and overnight we get a low between systems and then wednesday morning we have showers rolling through on wednesday afternoon, wave after wave after wave.
