charges and armed trafficking. he was are ad -- he was arrested yesterday and 26 indicted in a series of f.b.i. sweeps in the bay area and sacramento on wednesday morning. >> this morning, two other central figures involved in the f.b.i. sting are scheduled to be in court. ray manned chow is accused of money laundering and keith jackson faces charges of being shopped in a murder-for-hire scream and trafficking guns and drugs. the original tar get was raymond chow for racketeer asking drug crimes. after the undercover agent gained the confidence of chow they expanded interest drugs and guns and that is when the agencies say chow introduced them to jackson a former san francisco school board president would brought in leland yee.

100-year-old pipeline. >> a teacher accused of molesting students will be in richmond courtroom this afternoon. the 32-year-old was arrested at the elementary school in richmond this month. he faces 28 felony counts of kidnapping and sexually abusing 11 and twelve-year-old boys. he was fired from the academy in richmond last year after molestation allegations surfaced but he landed another job at an elementary without a background check because he worked there before. on weapons, the west contra costa unified board voted to change the policy to require fingerprint and background checks if new hires, rehires, and substitute teachers. >> we are learning of the man accusing of driving drunk and smashing into a motorcycle killing the rider. andrew silva just returned from serving to afghanistan only to die in fremont. family and friends of the victim

continue to gather at the crash scene. >> emotion is overflowing in the fremont bank parking lot as people remember andrew silva thrown from the motorcycle dying instantly on tuesday night. it is believed that alexander yonh was drinking and driving and charged with murder and hit-and-run accident. >> i hope he gets the justice andrew deserves. >> more revealed on the suspect: he was condition victimmed in minnesota for drunk driving and in an after date he admitted having a soft whiskey at a bar if fremont around 10:00 p.m. and then drove about two miles to mojo's bar where he had three more shots of whiskey. by the time a friend showed up around midnight he was belligerent and drunk. that friend told him not to drive. she called his roommate to come get him but the suspect ignored her and drove away.
