open. >> developing news, the political future for state senator leland yee could be out of his hands. his colleagues could take action. we go outside his san francisco home with more. katie marzullo? >> good morning, matt. leland yee is not welcome here. those are the words of the senate republican leader to give you an indication of how this vote will go. it is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. when the senate will decide whether to suspend lie landee. he was arrested on wednesday morning accused of public corruption and drug and armed trafficking. a political strategist says this complaint reads like a movie script. san francisco has a long history of similar corruption but this takes it to a new level. >> it is an embarrassment, certainly, in the old days this may have been railroad deals and money exchanges but not

airlines flight 370 take as new correction shifting 700 miles northeast. the decision is based on analysis of radar that suggests the plane now faster than thought and used up more fuel which would cut the distance it could have traveled before going down in the indian ocean. the new search area is closer to australia where the weather is better so crews can get their faster and spend more time in the sky looking for debris. all the satellite images of possible debris that gave searchers hope are false. experts say it is possible the satellites detected real objects that were unrelated to the missing plane. >> nine more volunteers from bay area chapters of the american red cross are on way to washington state to help end survivors of the mudslide. search and recovery efforts continue in oso where 26 are known to have been killed in the mudslide. nine of the bodies have been located but not recovered. the list of those unaccounted
