along the water toward the peninsula is still 13 minutes to get you there accident free and along the peninsula it is accident free. >> we will start with develop news from san jose where police are investigating a suspicious death in a home and amy hollyfield has the discovery. we are in front of the home where police responded. the fire department came here, as well, and they got the call at 7:40, a possible death and the fire department ariffed on the scene hearing that someone was hurt and they went inside and they say they found a man who was dead and they transported him out of here and the medical examiner came here to the seen and they have barred up the home and they are now investigating saying the death appears to be "suspicious," and the homicide unit responded and they say as a matter of protest come but have not released the identity of person who was found dead. they have to tell his relatives.

they have not said what caused his death. they are calling it "suspicious." they did bring the coroner to the scene along with the homicide team and they are investigating. they have not released his name. they want to notify his relatives. they have not released anymore information at this time. the house is very quiet. we are cross the street from the san jose public library, the evergreen branch. police have cleared out of here and we hope to check with them later today to get more information about what happened inside the home. pg&e is waiting to get hit with criminal chances for the neglect in the gas pipeline explosion 3 1/2 years ago. utility companies say in a document filed yesterday with the securities and exchange commission it expects the united states attorney to file the charges again them soon. eight were killed and 38 homes destroyed in the explosion. yesterday, a pg&e spokesman released an apology video.

rain moving all the way into the bay by 8:00 in the morning and the storm system is slowing down. that is good news for more rain but it means it will hang around longer on saturday. at 8:00 saturday to noon the heaviest rain is in the south bay and we will have light shows through early afternoon. by the evening, it clears out and during the overfight hours you can see the clouds open and we have dense fog to deal with on sunday morning. by sunday afternoon it will be partly sunny and dry and warmer. >> we have up to 1.5" in the south bay areas. we have been celebrating hawaii for the month of ambassador and from maui, a lot of rain from the east this weekend and it will spread to the west on sunday with temperatures in the upper 60's to low or mid-to-upper 70's in the afternoon. safe travels. if you are staying here or headed to the mountains, rain
