police arrested him on march 5th in richmond he's been charged with 11 counts of lewd acts with a child under 14, but none of the acts believed to have happened at mira vifta. the investigation began while he's working at making waves academy. he was dismissed but in december, ginto hired at mira vista elementary. that brought outrage this week the district will mandate reference checks on all staff and a ban on the distribution of permission slips from off campus organizations it's alleged he used a fake permission trip to take students to yosemite the older brother of one alleged victim spoke with me and asked not to be identifyed and talked about the affect this had on his 12-year-old brother, who police say is one of the victims of

an incredible scene in san leandro. you're looking at damage to a brand new honda accord after a propane tank blew up across the street and did this. the car's owner was seated inside. mazingly he was not seriously hurt. could have been killed. i heard a big explosion. maybe ten seconds in the car. >> i didn't believe it was his car. i wasn't shocked. i can imagine what he's going through.
