continuing easing up of the intensity. notice trailing showers behind that front overnight tonight into morning. we'll see pockets of shower activity. it will be a wet and slow commute we'll see a more organized area of rainfall pushing in to the north bay firgs. that pattern continues into wednesday morning, finally it winds down, wednesday morning. by 7:00 we'll take a look at rainfall totals about 1 to 2 inches in the higher elevations around the bay area. about half an toifrj inch into lower elevations into sierra we have a winter storm warning in effect and expect 2 to 6 inches of snow in valleys. a foot or more in highest peaks overnight, lows ranging from yid to upper 40s for the most part.
