they say it spun out this afternoon the driver was not hurt. the shooter's car crashed and witnesses saw him jump and run into the neighborhood police are trying to track him down. take a look at this sketch. police say this man used a gun to force his way into a home near santa ana drive. the white male in his 30s with a dark beard, you can see and investigators say he forced his way in. police say it's a silver volkswagon

a former firefighter charged with felony driving under the influence is free on bail. the 43-year-old turned himself in last week. video first obtained by the i team shows hem hitting a motorcycle. prosecutors claim his blood alcohol was 1.3 hours after the accident took place. leland yee had his second appearance in court since his arrest on corruption charges. and tonight his attorney is questioning the sting.

>> senator leland ye ex-mad a brief appearance and left talking to his attorney. he spoke about the felony charges facing. leland yee is saying nothing but today his attorney questioned time, and money the fbi had spent in this case. yee has been under investigation since 2011. >> what took so long is that they thought there was wrong doing on his part. why did it take three years? >> the attorney says there is also a question of fairness to yee and the public. iet raises a question of they did nothing. they started pushing this idea
