the tree and clear this section of el dorado avenue. there was a weakened root system so three homes are in the dark. the size of the tree and the branches that came down at 10:00 last night when it came down the crews were on the scene trying to hall it away to clear out the road. this is what they were dealing with: complete darkness. middle of the night. three of homes are now sitting in the dark because the tree came down and took down the power line and the cable line and killed the streetlight in this section. the home own other has the responsibility of clearing the rest of the tree. the public works only has to clear it out so cars can get through.
