you can see the police cars with heavy police presence in the neighborhood as officers talk to witnesses. we will have an upstate from cornell at the top of the hour. >> in san francisco, police are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident at 11:00 last night on van ness when a truck was headed north on van ness and hit the pedestrian not in the crosswalk. the driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. this is the seventh deadly pedestrian accident in san francisco this year. >> forget cow tipping, police are vetting a case of car tipping overnight. vandalled flip several vehicles in different locations but there is one common link. amy hollyfield is in the newsroom. >> i have the video you have to see. check out this car standing up

investigating. >> a little boy has died after a head-on crash along highway 12 in napa county. the four yield and his mother were passengers in a chevrolet s.u.v. that clouded with a lexus yesterday afternoon. witnesses say the chevrolet s.u.v. crossed the double yellow line before the crash. the boy was pronounced dead at the hospital and the mother was seriously injured. two people in the other vehicle were hurt. >> c.h.p. blame speeding and drunk driving in the death of two teens with friends visiting the crash site where a pickup overfund on pleasant valley road on saturday. three other teens suffered serious injuries. everyone in the truck was thrown from the vehicle. no one was swearing a seatbelt. >> starting today, commuters have to fork over more money to cross the golden gate bridge.
