>> crews are still here. not only three homes destroyed but seven displaceed. i want you to see how much the damage did not only to property but to the homes. firefighters tried to put at the fire. part of the problem was a gas line fueling the fire after the walls of a home burned to the ground. the house where the fire started is destroyed and flames spread to two other houses. the neighborhood is full of what are called ickler homes, built in the 60's, a reputation with firefighters. >> it is so open it allows more airflow so that helps with the fuel production and heat in the fire in the structure. >> the homes can burn so quickly

burlingame, campbell and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. fremont police have now contacted a woman seen on surveillance video stealing a package from a home. police released this video on friday showing a woman walking her dog and circling back to a him where she picks up a package left on the front porch and walking away with it. >> we are getting information from citizens and when the video was shown to the police officers a couple of them recognized the suspect. >> the package contained s.a.t. preparation becomes. most of the property has been recovered and working with the district attorney to file charges much the suspect is not in custody. researchers launch a ground breaking online project to help to treat brain diseases and disorders, hoping to promote better understanding of brain health and make clinical trials on brain diseases more efficient and less expensive.
