witnesses say the windows of the suv were blown out. there was several bullet holes in the windshield of a car. we're not sure if the suspect fired them or officer fired shots this started just before 3:00 this afternoon the video shot after the gunfire. and most witnesses picked up action from the parking lot. >> the guy tried to make a left here. that is when the police rammed his car, pushed him by taco bell.

there in the emergency room. september 19th, a 57-year-old admitted to the hospital with a bladder infection. two days later, she vanished. 17 days after that, she was found dead in a hospital stairwell. february 14th, a 93-year-old admitted to the hospital with breathing problems attacked in the emergency room by another patient in psychiatric care. two incidents which hospital workers say are linked to severe under staffing. jason negron gonzales is a registered nurse in e.r. >> we need adequate staffing. if we don't have that, right now. >> the lawyer that represents lynn smalleding's family. >> in this case, the this is the same. hospital has to provide a safe

look at the temperature range for oakland. average high, april 10th. 66 degrees so mild, temperatures tapering off then into next week we'll see highs dropping into mid-60s which is about average range for this time of the year. tonight fog along the coastline. spilling inland. 76 in san jose. upper 50s to 60s on the coast. downtown a high of 63 tomorrow. highs mid-70s from santa rosa to napa. inland east bay, upper 70s to 80s here is the accu-weather forecast.

>> breaking news in san jose. there is a fire in a mobile home park 880. you can see it's an active scene with smoke coming off that mobile home. this is happening at casa de-la fwchlt o mobile home park. >> also following breaking news tonight out of new mexico. a medical helicopter crashed. you can see the chopper here on top of the university of mexico hospital the tail section hanging over there the edge of the roof. there were three people on board. we're told all are expected to be okay.

a witness tells us he saw the helicopter lift off and began to wobble before crashing down. the floor was evacuated. >> richmond police are just releasing a picture of the woman they say shot and killed a teenager last night on fleming avenue. this is who police identified as a suspect. they just issued a warrant for her arrest saying she shot 16-year-old terrence forks after an argument outside of a apartment complex. the homicide warrant has a $1 million bond attached to it. there is a $10,000 reward for information leading to arrest. >> the 16-year-old student accused of stabbing 21 students and a school police officer will be charged as an adult the sophomore has been charged with attempted homicide, 21

counts of aggravated assault. witnesses say he had a blank expression as he slashed at students with 28-inch knives the assistant principal is being called a hero for tackling the student. >> mr. king immobilized him he pinned him down. i jumped and held down his wrists and arms. i tried to keep the knife stationary >> during tacks someone pulled the fire alarm. that helped evacuate the building quickly. five students were wounded but all of them are expected to survive. >> speaking at a memorial for three soldiers killed in texas the president said americans stand with victims' families the president and first lady attended the ceremony including a roll call for three dead soldiers. recalling how one sargeant held the door shut >> the gunman tried to push his
