matt? >> the call came in 20 minutes ago and firefighters are working on a town home here. you can see inside the garage there are a couple of cars that are destroyed by a fire. there was flames on the roof and firefighters brought in ladders trying to get to the area of the flames. people are out of the homes and i am not sure if the firefighters told them to get out or if they just want to see what is happening but it is impacting the neighborhood off of jackson avenue in east san jose near capitol expressway exit off 680. a two alarm has been called, a second alarm, and they will be busy for the nbc couple of -- the next couple of hours getting the flames under control.

>> a san francisco supervisor will propose legislation to lift a ban on short-term rentals through air b&b. the supervisor's proposal imposes a number of rules on those who want to offer apartments as rooms or vacation rentals. the law requires anyone renting out their pace to pay hotel taxes and have liability insurance. it will only allow short-term rentals where someone lives 75 percent of the year and the new law will not override lease payments. >> we have heard of naming rights to baseball same, how about city parks? in oakland parks immediate $100 million in repair. the city is proposing letting businesses or donors put their name on a park in exchange for paying for the upkeep. the city still has to decide what to charge and get it through the counsel. >> april 15 is not just a
