on the most controversial pieces of high-tech hardware: google glass on sale. do the negatives outweigh the positives? >> goodgood morning, in the misn they are not popular but the google glass want on sale a couple of michigans ago and the -- a couple of minutes ago. i cannot even get on the page that is selling them. it could be crashing. it is getting a lot of attention. some do not like that the person wearing google glass can take a picture of anything and instantly post it. they can surf the internet with the device. it is interesting to hear the reaction from restaurant and bar managers if they are going to welcome the glass. some are not so sure and others see his -- this as an

the first forecast inland the temperatures are going to reach between 74 and 81 an the bay and lower 60's to lower 70's and upper 50's to lower 70's along the coast and in san francisco. first we will talk about traffic with major problems on the roadways. if you are traveling over 580 and the altamont pass, that is due to four accidents that have plagued the roadway as you make the drive from tracy at six miles per hour with a big rig on the shoulder but we are going to be on the brakes. we are two hours to get from tracy to dublin right now and highway 4 is loading up at 22 minutes from antioch to concord so busy conditions and a look at the bay bridge toll plaza with the metering lights turned on before 6:00 and this is room for extra cars.

investigators say alex hribal threatened two over the point and in voice mails. the students were not among those injured. alex hribal is facing attempted murder charges. four students remain in the hospital. three are in critical condition. this morning, people at an r.v. park are cleaning you up after storms flipped the trailers in mississippi on the gulf coast. first responders went through the damaged trailers looking if anyone trapped. one man was taken to the hospital but there are no reports of any fatalities. this was not a tornado but, still, winds reached 50 miles per hour and knocked down power lanes. >> researchers from texas a&m have found a link between air pollution and some asia's biggest cities and weather in north america. scientists found smog from beijing and china and india drift over the pacific ocean

a fire captain said the cause is under investigation but they believe it was accident am. it started in the garage. firefighters are work on the structure and you can see significant damage done by the smoke and flames. this is video from the san jose fire department from this morning. firefighters were called at 4:00 this morning to the home off of jackson avenue and the flames spread to the second floor of the home and two cars were destroyed. nine people were sleeping inside, seven kids and two adults and the young of the six weeks old. the smoke alarm is credited for saving their lives. >> the mom heard the smoke detectors and woke up all the children. she get them downstairs and out the front door. >> there was a second fire alarm called because the homes are close to eacher.
