fog forming along the san mateo coast but we are not talking about rain today. it is in the seven-day outlook and 48 in napa and cool in the north bay and 55 in san francisco and 56 in mountain view and 50 in los gatos and the visibility is not pad but with the fog we have four miles at half moon bay and six miles in saab that rose. temperatures today will be slightly cooler with the winds increasing at san francisco and the coast. low 70's around the bay with upper 70's inland. sue? >> we have lumber still in the two right lanes, in the pleasant hill area southbound 680. cars are swerving to take a look so use extra caution. serious accident with thes have way having the road closed and take blossom hill road to camden to get around with no estimated time of opening and matt keller is on scene with a report.

we have a day giants game with golden gate ferry warning the 4:25 and 5:00 ferry could be sold out because of the game so 3:30 could be better to get to the game. >> more on the breaking news sue talked about: a bad accident in san jose. police are on the scene of the intersection that is still closed. two cars collided after one of the vehicles went through a red light after midnight and both drives were taken to the hospital one with life threat being injuries and the other is in serious condition. matt is on the scene talking with police with an update at 5:30. >> we have developing news where investigators are looking into a fatal boating accident with one killed when a yacht crashed into

a buoy during a race last night. amy hollyfield? >> yes, police will be investigating what happened on the boat behind me while the yacht club deals with the fatality. investigators were here last night and on board gathering evidence and talking to witnesses. the boat was involved in a friendsly race held each week. ones thing the boat was too close to a channel marker and was caught and the mast crashed down on the sames killing one and hurting another. there were five people on board and the surviving crew raced back to shore for help and a witness described what happened next to our reporter. >> they were frantic. people were coming in with other sailboats and were driving in and saying, get out of the way.

they zoomed in quick and all the e.m.t.'s raced down. >> this is a weekly regatta but now they have decided to postpone it for the next two weeks, the first fatality in the club's 75-year history. >> antioch homicide have take the lead in an investigation when a boy was slot and killed last night at hillcrest driver. police arrived they found a boy shot multiple times and vest gaves have not released the victim's age or name but they and the paramedics tried to resuscitate the youth but they were not successful. >> a 10th victim was found after the ferry accident as poor weather conditions hamper the search for more survivors.

whether you are just joining us or headed out the door, breaking news in san jose, police have an intersection closed off after a two car accident. one of the drives ran a red light shortly after midnight and matt keller is there with a report in a few minutes at 5:30. >> one person is dead and another hurt after a sailboat accident last night in the waters off redwood city. the coast guard believes the sailboat was too close to a channel marker and a guide wire was caught culling the mass on the crew below taking part in a local regatta. >> another victim hack -- has been found near a sunken ferry. the ship's captain is apologizing for shaving before hundreds of others could get out. >> the san jose based grocery store chain submitted a plan to get out of the bankruptcy. they have replaced 80 percent of

developing news with one dead and another person injured after a sailing accident. the boat belonging to the federal government was neitherly and helped empty the sailboat. one was killed and another suffered a head injury and three others were not hurt. we have a report at top of the hour. >> c.h.p. will recredit the deadly collision between a tour bus and fedex bus that happened a week ago today in the glenn county town. ten were killed. crash investigators will use this to get information about braking and visibility. the last of 30 students injured was released from the hospital yesterday. >> from south korea, strong

moral support. >> the south bay is home to a large korean american community but too early to know how to help the families in south korea and now they are offering prayers. >> this morning, oakland police are trying to figure what happened to a teen girl found naked and screaming in berkeley yesterday. people near piedmont woke up to the sounds of the screams. they said something was sprayed if her eyes and she was raped. she said she was kidnapped and robbed in oakland yesterday morning and dropped off in berkeley. >> could not see anything and we brought her a bottle of water and at 5:00 she poured the whole thing on herself and she was completely naked. >> the girl was taken to the hospital and the only update is that it appears to be a sex trafficking case from another jurisdiction.

>> a scare involving military ordinance and evacuations in the small community in santa barbara were lifted after the device was found in the business district not too far from homes. evacuations were ordered for on homes and businesses and expanded to a thousand last knit. an ordinance team from the bomb squad was called. officials gave the all clear at midnight with no word on how the ordinance ended up in the street. crews will on die a more detailed search going through the rubble of a tv station building destroyed in the fire in san jose. a team will be brought in after two cadaver dog alerted searchers to possible human remains in the ashes. it took 100 firefighters to put out the five alarm fire. if a body is found the man charged with setting the fire will face additional charges. this morning he is charged with

arson and first-degree burglary and the first appearance in court was yesterday but he did not enter a plea. >> a special task force hosted a public meeting looking into racial tension. this is the last of six meetings after hate crimes. last fall a black student said his four white roommates tormented him for months and he is seeking $5 million from the just. they will make recommendations for new policies later this month. the meeting is at 5:30 in the evening nearing willing. >> fremont police are crediting surveillance for the arrests of three suspects in the robbery of a retired marine at an a.t.m. machine. officers arrested the three accused robbing the 67-year-old victim at a bank of america a.t.m. on wednesday. this surveillance video trapped the suspects down and police say it shows them using 9 credit cart at a 7:11 an hour after the
