problems on the freeway. we have a situation if san jose at the intersection of camden off the main road with police activity and they are asking folks avoid the area if possible. no major delays on bart, and they have 37 trains on time and muni is off to a great start and ace train one is on time from the central valley and we will look at the religions for the drive time with the bay bridge and bay bridge toll plaza, about eight minutes across the span and the san mateo bridge is looking at 12 minutes from hayward to foster city. >> developing news, my net san jose airport has big security questions to answer after a teen managed to stow away on a night to hawaii. nick, it is amazing he survived. >> that is what the experts are

saying and they are saying it is a miracle he survived but there must be more to the story. i will have more on that in 30 minutes but they are not releasing his name because he is minor. a spokesman from the f.b.i. says that the 16-year-old climbed into a wheel well of a flight to hawaii with a an altitude of 38,000 feet. he was unconscious for part of the flight and may have blacked out at 10,000'. security foot average verify mid the teen hopped a fence and made his way to hawaii airlines flight 45 without being detected. the kid regained consciousness an hour after the flight landed and started walking away the tarmac that hawaiian personnel noticed him on the ramp and called security. f.b.i. say that the teen is a run away and right now there have been no charges filed

because they do not me there was any malicious intent. >> happening today, pg&e is expected in federal court this morning to face felony charges in 2010 deadly pipeline explosion. amy hollyfield? >> this is an unusual case. no people are named in this case. it is a company that is due in court. pg&e is facing federal charges for the explosion that happened in san bruno in 2010 and killed eight people. the federal government says pg&e did not inspect the pipeline that burst. that is required by law. authorities say inspections could have prevented the explosion. pg&e faces 12 criminal countries. the utility has said they did not intentionally violate the

law and what happened was a tragedy. they could face $million in fines and a court ordered oversight. the arraignment is scheduled for federal court in san francisco at 9:30 this morning. happening today, if you detect a rotten egg smell on the peninsula it could be pg&e venting natural gas, which is taking place at two locations this menlo park, crews will be working on juan section and in redwood city on marshall street between maine and jefferson from 2:00 to 4:00 each day until friday. drives headed north on 101 toward santa rosa see the aftermath of a nasty big rig crash with charred ground and a message board is damaged northbound 101. officers say the driver fell asleep, slammed into the sign and flipped the truck before its burst into flames. the driver pulled himself out

and the injuries were minor. >> power is on in santa rosa after 350 pg&e customers spent part of yesterday in the dark. a traffic accident brought down power lines. the power went out for more than 5,400 customers. >> an autopsy is scheduled to be performed on the body of a hiker found on mount tamalpais last year. the body was found, 50-year-old maria sanner, the second woman found dead on mount tamalpais in two weeks. last saturday the body of magdalena glinkowski, 33 years old, was discovered in the same area. the marin county sheriff does not believe anything criminal happened. >> residents are waking up to a mold problem from the aging buildings and it appears to be getting worse. according to the "san francisco chronicle" residents and working

are complaining and firefighters moved from the firehouse because of mold and it is the latest health worry on the island where the soil is contaminated with toxins and radiation. >> tens of thousands of runners and up to a million spectators are in boston for the 118th running of the boston marathon after two bombs killed three and wounded 260 others. >> this is a waiting area where families will greet their loved ones after the race and it is quiet at the moment and folks are just now waking up for the run. >> it is a essential day here in boston. the first running of the marathon since last year's deadly terror attack and 36,000 people, some survivors of last year's bombings, set off this morning and the 26.2 mile race. >> a beautiful day for boston.

lane of interstate 93 on the bridge and firefighters had to smother the truck with foam before the flames were under control and a huge plume of smoke could be seen for miles. police report one person was seriously hurt and traffic so so back up for miles, the local news stations say the marathon is scheduled to start in 45 minutes. >> easter sunday was a day of protest in southern california. they held signs and communitied outside of seaworld in san diego in an tonight to discourage people from going to the park backing a bill 2140 that would stop all orca shores and captive breeding and make sure the families are not separated. seaworld released a statement saying all of our animals live excellent quality lives and thrive in our car. >> bee keeper say they think they know what is killing tens of thousands of bees, 1.6 million colonies this are used

figure out a 16-year-old survived a flight to hawaii in the wheel of a jet. nick? >> we have called this to san jose my net to the spokesman to see they have more to share about the details around this stow an situation. look at the video, a spokesman with the f.b.i. says that the 16-year-old climbed into the wheel of a hawaiian airline jets. he got 50 the plane despite freezing temperatures and lack of oxygen on a flight that reached 38,000 feet at duty. it is believed the team may have blacked out at 10,000 feet. our medical editor spoke with george stephanopolis.

when police tried to talk to the man after he refused to come out. the stand off is over and we are waiting to hear an update. breaking overnight in the east bay police are investigating a deadly accident in oakland after a car slammed into a pillar at 5th and union secret at 1:00 o'clock this morning, a white mercedes loued into a pill that supporting the bart tracks and there were two people inside the car, one died at scene and the other was taken to the hospital. police believe the drive may have been speeding. there was no damage to the bart column. >> security is incredibly tight for the running of the 118th boston marathon, the first race after last c.e.o.'s deadly bombing that killed three and wounded 260 others this year boston p.d. is doubling the number of officers at streets and hard are undercover and dozens of extra cameras line the

>> in the past few minutes the death toll for the ferry disaster climbed again with now 80 confirmed victims. south korean president is condemning the terry captain likening the behavior to murder. a documentary shows the captain emphasizing how safe ferries are if passengers follow instructions. the captain and six crew could face charges. the captain was one of the first to escape leaving 476 passengers behind and 222 are still missing, mostly high school students. 174 have been identified. >> a 10-year old boy drowned nearly at a park yesterday. he was taken to children's hospital in serious condition but he is a live because of the actions of for samaritans of the one of them ran 10' into the water to pull out the boy after hearing a girl scream for help.
