on a plane at san jose and hid in the wheel all the way to hawaii. knick has the story now getting international attention. >> you can believe investigators will have a lot more questions for the teen. this is what we know: a spokesman with the f.b.i. says the 16-year-old climbed into the wheel of an hawaii jet flying from california to hawaii and he got off unharmed despite slack of ok conference reaching altitude of 38,000'. he as unconscious for most of the flight and may have blacked out. 10,000 feet security footage from san jose verified the teen hopped a fence and made the way to hawaii airlines flight 45 and not until he regained consciousness an hour after the flight landed and started walking around the tarmac hawaii

airlines personnel noticed him and called security. >> he was approached by airline personnel and asked what he was doing and he wasn't too cooperative at that time and security was called and on arrival, they were asked, if he was a juvenile and he wasn't too cooperative. >> the f.b.i. says that the teen had run away from home and posed no let to the airlines. he has not been chargeed. happening today, pg&e is expected in federal court this morning to face felony charges in the 2010 deadly pipeline explosion. amy hollyfield has details. a company has to come here to the courthouse and respond to the 12 criminal charges. federal officials blame pg&e for

the blast that happened in 2010 which killed eight people. people are not named in the criminal complaint but pg&e is accused of failing to inspect the pipeline that purse. officials say inspections could have prevented the explosion. authorities say that pg&e did not keep proper records about the pipeline and it violates the federal pipeline safety act. pg&e says it was astable -- it was a terrible accident. if convicted pg&e could face $million in fines and court oversight. the company is expected to be arraigned at 9:30 this morning. the former federal judge who ruled proposition 8 was unconstitutional is making a

explosion. amy hollyfield? >> this is an unusual case. no people are named. it is a company that is due here in court this morning to answer the charges. pg&e is blamed for the explosion that happened in san bruno in 2010 that killed eight people. the federal government says pg&e did not inspect the pipeline that burst and that is required by law. authorities say inspections could have prevented the explosion. pg&e faces 12 criminal charges and the utility said it did not intentionally violate the law and what happened in san bruno was a tragic accident. if convicted pg&e could face $6 million in fines and court-ordered oversight. the arraignment is set to start at 9:30. two baggage handlers will probably be fired after being
