fence here is only six feet tall. and there is some wire at the top but that apparently didn't stop the stowaway the video surveillance has flaws as well. six miles of chain link fence makeup the security at mineta san jose international airport. posted signs warn the fences are under surveillance you'll see a camera. but the airport acknowledges the cameras don't cover every foot. tsa says there is video but the spokesperson says that is not true. >> there is not currently any video that shows anyone scaling a section of our fencing. what we do have is some footage that shows an unidentified person walking on the airport ramp during darkness hours and approaching the hawaiian airlines aircraft in question. >> the cameras are owned and operated by the airport.
