reports of a brushfire in san jose. it is whipped around by the winds and northbound visuals 280 the fire is on the southbound side visible from northbound 280 at the 101 junction and we are waiting for fire crews to get on the scene so the accident eastbound in hercules, 80 before willow not blocking lanes and off to the right shoulder a big rig and another truck and high winds dumbarton bridge has an official high wind advisory and emeryville camera is bouncing up-and-down and traffic is flow but windy. >> national park police searched the north bench -- beach neighborhood in the presidio last night park police pulled over a truck and smelled

sue? >> we had wet roads in san francisco this morning so take extra care if you are driving. the roads could be slick. better news in san jose with an early brushfire off the freeway that was visible and crews got that out. this accident eastbound 80 before willow with a big rig and another truck that is all clear. now we have reports of an overturned vehicle westbound 80 at hilltop and it will affect the commute in the westbound direction and it looks like file has been called to the scene. westbound 80 at hilltop and hopefully it can be cleared. bart has 28 trains on time this morning with no other mass transit delays. it is breezy as mike mentioned a high wind advisory for dumbarton and you can see the san mateo bridge with the traffic flowing nicely but it is windy. take extra care.

another seen a few miles away. amy? >> bizarre case. they have searched this home where between mason and powell but it started last night in the presidio. park police pulled over a man driving a pickup truck because he violated a traffic law. when they walked to the traffic they smelled marijuana. according to the lieutenant the drive handed the officer a stick of dynamite. cities evacuated a couple of businesses including the planet granite climbing gym and called in the bomb squad and arrested the man. they have cleared the scene. then they moved to vallejo street and searched a home here and carried out several brown paper bags full of stuff and did not say what they found here and

area. the plane reached 38,000 feet so he survived below zero temperatures with little oxygen and that could be what saved his climate. >> the vital organs do not need so much oxygen when the temperature is down. he was in a state of suspended animation. he had a healthy brain and heart so he was able to survive. >> the teen blacked out and does not remember the trip. >> from 1947 to 2012, 105 stow aways have been documented making it in the unpressurized areas, and only 25 survived. the others were crushed bit landing gear or did not survive the conditions. the youngest was only nine and two others survived elevation of 38,000 feet but only one has survived 39,000.
