>> the pieces are coming together, a relative is putting a different spin on the story than the teen's father who has given an interview. the stow away's step mom's cousin talked collusively with abc7 news and says that the 15-year-old only recently learned that his dad's wife is actually his step mom and the mother lives in ethiopia and somalia border and he was separated from her at age two. he was growing resentful of the step mom and no one suspected he was upset enough to do what he did. >> there was conversation that he needed his mother but he never expressed he wanted to do what he did. 9 father talked with a voice of america reporter and acknowledges that his son had wanted to return to africa to see his grandparents, he said,

to figure out where he opened near inside a daly city medical building. amy hollyfield is in daly city with that story. eric, workers at the medical center will be relieved when they get to work this morning to hear that he has been taken into custody. police made an arrest late last night. they believe that 84-year-old raymond iwase walked into this medical center in daly city year afternoon and opened fire. this is located on southgate avenue. a doctor heard a gunshot as he was running from the gunman on the 2 floor and police evacuatedded building and searched if hours and that sent a chill through the neighborhood. a band concert was canceled and the preschool but the kids on lockdown. >> there was something odd outside and they put the kids in a safe spot. they were safe. >> no one was hurt in the
