houses dozens of san jose state students, two units were damaged by fire and one by water and 11 people were displayed and they are staying with friends or the red cross helped them out. here is cell phone video showing the flames and firefighters say it started at at 11:30 when a young man lit a candle and tossed the match on the couple and walked outside and a few minutes later he noticed smoke coming from the apartment and opened the door, saw the fire, and called his roommate who was in the bedroom who ran through the flames to escape. >> one guy sprinted outside and out of the burning fire. there were flames on his back and i hope he is all right. >> the man suffered second degree buns and taken to the hospital. a second person was treated for smoke inhalation and the complex was evacuated during the fire and now the power is back on we
