increase security in their neighborhood >> many of us now see something, we get our phones out. you've got to be careful. she was following someone. and was seen. oh. >> if you witness a crime, please call 911. >> police now say what efforts to record two men committing a crime. >> police announced arrests of the 22-year-old and 23-year-old in the murder. the 66-year-old solomon, known as the pet nanny in her neighborhood was shot to death in her car on fern street in july. it looked like a robbery gone bad police say lee was the shooter, and had been in custody for some time.

investigators he was angry and frustrated because he had been living with a tremendous amount of pain for many years. >> neighbors say the 84-year-old lived in this home on plymouth circle for decades saying he lived alone and kept to himself. >> saying hi. and quiet otherwise >> sources with moth of the investigation say he is a retired postal worker. that his relatives live in hawaii. business resumed today here at the medical and dental office building. the surgical technician returned to work this morning. >> i'm not shocked that it happened anywhere. >> police say there are bullet fragments and a hole on the wall near the office of a doctor who

was reportedly the intended target, seen here yesterday getting into a detective car after the shooting. sources tell abc7 news wong treated the man several years ago for a season similar to shingles, which is a virus causing painful kin rashes but treatment was unsuccessful. and that was the motive for the 84-year-old man to go gunning for the doctor. dr. wong called 911 saying he saw a man with a gun on the second floor of the building and heard one gunshot as he ran. police responded. patients and staff evacuated, some with hands over their heads. after a search police declared the building clear at about 5:00. police arrested him at his home at about 10:00 after the light. he's expected to be arraigned for attempted murder and other charges related to the shooting. >> a school bus crash in san him

this afternoon leaving 11 school students and their driver hurt. this happened just before 4:00 p.m . kids were leaving school. next to the anaheim hills golf course, police say two children and driver are in critical condition. firefighters using the jaws of life to pull him through the front windshield. chp investigating how, and why this happened. >> 49ers linebacker alden smith will not face felony charges for an incident at los angeles international airport. his arrest caught on video this month, now up to the l.a. city attorney to decide if smith should be charged with a misdemeanor. the tsa agent says smith made a phony bomb threat when selected for additional screenings smith faces drunk driving and weapons charges in san jose he went into rehab and missed five games. >> there is another april shoufr

a sonoma county supervisor caught outside of a neighbor's home wearing only under wear and

a pair of socks tried to explain his bizarre behavior to jurors. >> in court, day three, act three the supervisor took the stand in his own defense. the supervisor is charged with peeking into the apartment of a neighbor, a relative stranger known as jane doe. he was clad only in under wear and socks. when arrested in he broke the screens and blinds carrying a camera phone he opened a side gate and tried to get her attention. here is cody hunt in cross
