into the weekend later. >> thank you. >> the wet weather made for treacherous driving around the bay area today in marin county a car ran off the road and plunged 40 feet down a steep enbankment. in santa rosa a driver lost control and crashed through a fence near highway 101. surveillance video helped authorities identify a man they say set fire to a building in oakland childrens hospital. they say it showed the 48-year-old on the rear of the building. this is taken around the time ta building was set on fire. he was already in custody for violating a court order. >> moving day for dozens of transients for years living at the piece of land on the border of albany and berkeley the city reached a settlement. each will receive $3,000 if they
