nick? >> good morning, the amber alert is for three-year-old tanya with her mother. the more says they were ready to go to the store and she ran back to grab her wall let and she came out and her daughter was missing from the car seat. witnesses reported to have seen a suspect leaving the area a short time later and a bicycle was involved approximately a block away from the scene of the abduction but neither the child or a suspect were found. she is described as hispanic girl standing 3' tall weighing 33 pounds with brown hair and last seen wearing a brown shirt with flowers and blue jean shorts and white sandals. the suspect is described as hispanic man at 30 years with long hair wearing a broad shirt and red hat. the huron police department and c.h.p. are asking anyone with information call police right

here is what is happening, a couple of areas of high pressure are developing and to the south that is the big one where the warm air is developing and with that clockwise flow it is pushing right at us and we make a huge jump 10 to 15 degrees warmer and 80's at the coast and the rest of us around the 90's and a slow tapering back to normal temperatures on saturday and sunday. >> we have 41 trains that are running on time with no delays as far as mass transit. we are seeing delays over the altamont pass so slow traffic there as you leave 205 out of tracy. other areas of the bay area, drive time traffic san francisco to sfo is 11 minutes and northbound 880 from 238 to the maze is 13 minutes.

average person can survive in this water for 17 hours and the pilot has been missing for 12 or 13 hours. they have not stopped looking and the coast guard has been out on the water since the crash happened after 4:00 yesterday afternoon and witnesses say that two planes collided midair. one plane still managed to land safely. the cessna went into the water. witnesses say they could hardly believe what though were seeing and hearing. >> it sounded like a normal airplane and you did not hear an explosion or a big bang, or anything. it was just...especially with the wind...yeah. >> this is a shot of the plane that landed safely at an airport with a husband and wife on board. they are okay. there has been in sign of the cessna. the ntsb and f.a.a. are investigating what happened and why there was a crash in midair
