as they push in the westbound direction to head across the bridge. we are continuing to follow breaking news from the central valley with the high patrol issuing amber alert for a three-year-old after being abducted. our reporter is at c.h.p. headquarters in san jose. nick? >> yes, good morning, the amber alert is for three-year-old tanya ruiz taken from her home which is in fresno county. look at some of the video we have. this is tanya ruiz with her mother. her mother says she ran back into the house to get her wallet and she came out her daughter was missing from the car seat. this is video of the investigators and their command post searching cars coming in and out of the neighborhood. the suspect is described as hispanic man around 30 with long hair and wearing a red shirt and

red hat. tanya ruiz is hispanic girl standing 3' tall and weighing 33 pounds with brown hair. she was last seen wearing a brown shirt with now worries and shorts and white sandals. the police department and the c.h.p. are continuing their investigation and are asking anyone with information contacts police immediately. >> happening now, the coast guard is searching for the pilot of a plane that crashed in san pablo bay and searching all night in the wars off richmond after the cessna collided midair with a korean war era plane. the coast guard called in a cutter to look if the pilot and the plane. some debris has been found. the planes came from an air show at half moon bay. >> we are not aware of any tricks but that could come out later. >> the other plane's pilot and his wife are okay and were able

to land safely. amy hollyfield is at the scene now with an update at 6:30. >> more audio tapes could be released of what is believed a racial rant by clippers' owner don sterling. the associated press reports the attorney for his ex-girlfriend says the full recording lasts an hour and much longer than what is released. there is no official action from the league which is trying to verify the recordings. sterling's estrange wife released a statement saying "i do not condone the statements and i do not believe in them and i am not a racist and never have been and never will be." the team is the most important thing to my family. >> people in the midwest are cleaning up after a deadly tornado outbreak which has been

the middle of the week and the high during next weekend. new details this morning in the search for missing malaysia airlines flight 370. australia's prime minister believes it is highly unlikely debris will ever be found on the surface so the underwater search will be expanded. the ping detector has finished scouring the search area far off the australian west coast and has not found anything. private companies will now be hired to continue the underwater search. the lone star state has carjacked toyota from southern california. reports say that toyota is expected to announce they moving the sales and marketing operations to the dallas area. right now the operations are located in torrance and 5,000 people work at the southern california headquarters and it is still not clear how many jobs will be moving out the state and texas has been aggressively

recruiting california companies to move. the governor perry has personally visited california several times touting his state's business friendly climate. a mega merger could be in the works between two drug companies pfizer confirming they are trying to take over british drug giant say they first approached the company in john and made another attempt this month. among the big names, the antianxiety drug xanax. this week is starting with a new c.e.o. at a bay area technical company announcing the board voted to fire the c.e.o., 31-year-old, who pleaded guilty to misdemeanor come mess tick violence charges. he beat his girlfriend after he found out she went on a trip with another man. he was sentenced to three years probation and avoids jail time.

three-year-old abducted from the central valley. nick has new details on the abduction. nick? good morning, the three-year-old is named tanya ruiz from fresno county. we have new information. look at this picture of tanya ruiz with her mother. the mother was headed to the store with tanya and she ran back to the apartment to grab her wallet and her daughter was missing from the car seat. this is video of the manned posts of the investigator searching cars come manage and out of the neighbor and blocked off the area of the abduction. the suspect is described as his histologically --

and blue jean shirts. if you have information contact police immediately. thank you, developing news: a search is underway in the waters of san pablo bay looking for signs of a missing airplane involved in a midair collision over the bay. amy hollyfield is in richmond with new developments in the past few minutes. >> the helicopter just launched and the coast guard is en route now the sun is up. they have had the cutter out there all night long but their window is closing and they are running out of time. the coast guard says the average person can survive in the water for 17 hours and this pilot has been missing for 14 1/2. the crash happened after 4:00, and witnesses say two planes

collided in midair and one plane managed to land safely and the other did not. rescuers have been looking ever since they have found some debris from the cessna but they are looking for the pilot. investigators have a few eyewitnesses and they talked to who saw the crash. others saw the plane hit the water. >> a hard spin. straight into the water. hit hard. big splash. one of my ten ants went out there and found debris and fuel in the water. >> here is the plane that landed safely at an airport, the two planes were in half moon bay at the festival and were flying together when they crashed. the husband and wife were on the plane that landed safely and they are okay. the ntsb and f.a.a. are investigating the crash and what happened while the coast guard continues this search, searching
