into his female neighbor's house in the middle of the night. prosecutors claim he peered through a window wearing only under wear and socks. he admitted he was drunk, looking for sex. he blamed it on a problem with alcohol. >> efforts to find a missing cessna and pilot has gone from search and rescue to recovery now. a specialized unit announced it found what it believes is the wreckage that plunged into the water yesterday afternoon. >> within two minutes we've learned investigators are looking whether the planes were trying to pass when they may have collided. one avenue they're looking at. behind me there is a blower marking a location where they

believe this sits in about 13 feet of water. pictures show the team on the water. they believe at this point no indication from the sheriffs whether the pilot has been located, whether he may be in, or around that wreckage. this afternoon, search boats lowered a buoy into the water. shortly after the coast guard suspended a search for a missing cessna. sheriffs confirmed teams found the wreckage. no word yet on the missing pilot. the harbor pastor told us he's watched for two days knowing conditions were difficult despite the shallow depth of the water. >> that breaks any heart

debris came up. they found a backpack with a phone in it. pulled it out of the water. >> before the crash, both planes appeared in half moon bay the vintage hocker seen here on the ground the cessna apparently back to their home base in ione when the two collided. ntsb is interviewing the hocker pilot. >> chp officers closed a highway two ambulances and two helicopters responded to the crash happening about noon. multiple people reportedly suffered head injuries. the crash left a said wran on their side a truck was also involved, one driver had to be cut free by

>> some encouraging news about state high school students a record number are graduating but the rate among african americans and latino students is far below other students. david louie is live at willow glenn high school. counselors are working hard to try to close the gap. >> that is right. eight out of ten students, remarkable number in california graduated in the class of 2013. however, the state superintendent thinks we can have 100% rates. so schools such as willow glenn are working hard to accomplish that. >> the 80% graduation rate is

high. however, administrators are prone to say there is room for improvement. two groups, asians and whites graduate 8% to 12% higher than state average. however, 75% latino students are five percent below average. willow glenn high school has 82% graduation rate. >> we've got 33,000 plus students in this district. it's a big job we acknowledge that there is a lot of work to be done. but our goal is to have every student succeed >> one way to let teachers let counselors know if students are getting poor grades. >> if we get a d and f they notify administration and the counselling team for the students that are struggling in the class now we act on that immediately. >> dropout rate for california high schools is 12% but african american and latino students are
