toyota hitting the road out of california bound for texas the governor announced toyota will move u.s. headquarters from torrance to plano, texas this, comes after texas reportedly offered $40 million in incentives neither torrance nor california could match that offer. >> we hope everybody understands torrance has done everything we can to keep them here. and reports say he toyota will invest $300 million in its new facility the governor made two trips to california last year, hoping to recruit businesses to the state. >> a manufacturing plant in los angeles is the first in the
