services to survivor and survey student awareness on reporting sexual violence. they are glad to see it is not just female students paying attention to the issue. it is a growing concern for female friends of males to make them aware of their actions and make the situation better. uc berkeley has been at the center of this issue since a group of students filed a federal lawsuit against the university. they say they were sexually assaulted but ignored by the school. there is a law says if the check receives federal funding it is obligated to prevent and respond to sexual assault. the obama administration says that one in five women is seeksually assaulted while in college and the administration says it is committed to ending this violence.
