there were reports of an explosion. two people living in a homeless encampment ran across the street to an apartment complex screaming, begging for help. people did open up their doors but said they were nervous about letting them in because they could smell the chemicals and they didn't know if it was safe. >> i turned on my hose and wanted to wash him up and then a girl comes over and i ran over to hose her down and she ran inside the house. i told her to get out. >> one people was hurt from coming into contact with the chemicals from the couple. that person and the couple who was originally burned were taken to the hospital and the couple is in critical condition. the county has mad -- haz-mat team responded but has not figured out what caused the
