turned into this drought. each home with four or fewer people is allotted just 249 gallons per day. a ten minute shower uses 25 gallons and a load of laundry can use 27 to 54 fwal yonz per wash f residents go 10% over limits, water officials will add $25 to their bill. it's an extra $50 for each 10% over that. >> the money issue is a scare thing. but it's going to be the best thing for the community. >> restrictions include no watering and all hoses must have a shut off nozzle the restrictions will run through october 31st. >> some people will have an opportunity to save a bundle

clayton lockit. officials revealed prison guards daysed him on the morning of his execution lockit was treated at the hospital after deliberately cutting his arm. that may be why officials say they couldn't find a usable vein in his arm to inject lockit with the lethal three-drug cocktail. they inserted the needle into his groin he died of a heart attack 43 minutes later after lockit began shaking and the execution was halted. >> sexual assaults in the military are being reported more frequently. officials say it's because more victims are willing to come forward. isn't the pentagon effectively addressing the problem is in the number of sexual assaults shot up last year. but pentagon says there is no indication that means there has been an increase in the number of crimes committed. >> the pentagon made a big push
