in requirements? >> abc7 news got a hold of several kwlerts for example there could be one person living in a studio though a person has a right to marry and bring his or her spouse along. any advisor without proper id will be arrested as a trespasser and residents complain the landlord entered their apartment without giving them required 24 hour written notice and the buzzer has not worked in a year. some tenants have to walk down several flights of stairs to open doors for guests. that is a building code violation. those same advocates say there are many land lords trying to get around the laws in san francisco. >> police are still looking for two men involved in a road rage shooting the victim is in the hospital.

faces charges with assault with a deadly weapon. police say the 40-year-old seen in this video was riding his bicycle april 16th when he got into an altercation with a driver. officers found the truck driver bloody on the ground and arrested smock. smock is the founder of iron data. >> santa cruz sheriff deputy as rested a cab driver accused of sexual assaulting a woman who rode the cab. investigators say he picked up that woman from capitola village about 1:00 in the morning saturday, april 20th but they say he drove her to a secluded area in aptos and then tried to sexual assault her. she managed to escape. investigators asking any possible victims to come forward. >> pet owners on edge after more
