stolen identity to steal a fwlat bed trailer. police sent us the picture from the video. police say he got a trail frer cal-west rental and never returned it. they believe he also pulled the same stunt at respresentational company in oakland and in southern california. police say he may driving this truck with camper shell on it. if you recognize the suspect or the truck you are asked to please call petaluma police. >> more problems for the 49ers tonight. defensive back culver face civil lawsuit stemming from accident in san jose march fileduit by mark santos. he said the car ran into his just minutes after culver hit a bicyclist. they claim he used racial slur and vulgar language and threatened santos 15-year-old son with brass knuckle. culver pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor hit-and-run charges and felony if possession of brass knuckle. >> coming up next on 7 news. >> when you are out and about. how much do you tip?

>> nearly 2 dozen animal have been rescued from a hoarder news monterey county. 18 dog and 2 ka cats were found in small filthy rooms in home in pacific grove. stench so strong humane officers said hard to breathe. home was cluttered with piles of clothing and garbage and as you can imagine filled with feces. all of the animals were suffering from neglect and variety of infection and diseases. charges are expected to be filed against the homeowner. >> just awful. >> awful. >> tv shocker. the 62-year-old man just told the audience at the gym show he killed his first wife out of jealousy and second wife with an ax during an argument. man claims it's looking for love and calls himself a victim of bad luck. he also mentioned his first wife was also his first cousin. the show producers knew about his past and allowed him to appear on the dating show because they say he served his prison sentences. >> oh, brother.
