78-year-old man. the new light should be working by the end of july. there are problems with san francisco's new emergency dispatch system. the examiner reports that there are glitches plague the new $3.7 million computer system online last week. the department of emergency management says that is to be expected. many dispatchers say they are having a hard time getting information to police in the field quickly. incorrect information such as a bad background check could put officers in danger. dispatchers say the department did a poor job of rolling out the first dispatch system in 14 years. >> dozens of people gathered in palo alto to bring attention to the nearly 300 nigerian girls kidnapped by a militant group coming as the united states sends unmanned drones to help in the search. our reporter has more on the vigil and the vice visit by a well-known activist. >> in the heart of down palo alto the sound of drums called
