have red there. 85 is move along at top speeds. a look outside coming in from marin to san francisco, southbound traffic is quiet. breaking overnight in san francisco, the big rig struck jackknifed at market at 12:30 crashing into a funeral home and bursting into flames. you can see flaming truck in this youtube video. the fire was brought under control if an hour. it scorned the outside of sullivan's funeral home on market. the crash did not damage the interior of the building. that is hard to believe when you see the video. the driver and a passenger suffered only minor injuries. more breaking news in los angeles where firefighters are dealing with a big spill off off when 50,000s of crude oil leaked at midnight near the zoo and is

said to be knee-deep in some places. oil was spewing 30' into the air before it was shut off from a remote location. the leak is affecting businesses including a nightclub in the area. a young woman is in custody this morning after a stunning attack on a little girl at a wal-mart store in the south bay. matt keller has the latest from the wal-mart store. >> the four year old girl is recovering from the brutal attack that took place inside the wal-mart. she was shopping with her dad and an 18-year-old woman hit her with a crow because allegedly. this is the suspect, maria garate, a transient, and for no reason she carried a crowbar into the store and hit the girl in the head. the child's father fought back when when she tried to hit her again. >> parent's worst night fair, he jumped in, tries to stop it, he

is struck but is able to ultimately stop the attack. a store employee said that suspect yelled that the child deserved it and the family did not know maria garate. she was arrested and booked into jail on mission of assault with a deadly weapon. may recall this is the same wal-mart involved in this wild scene a year ago with surveillance video capturing a man driving the car through the front of the store in man of last year and ran into a beer display and jumped from the car swinging a metal bar. an employees and three shopers were injured before he was tackled and tied up until the police arrived. he has been charged with attempted murder. more developing news from southern california, crews are battling nine fires that charred thousands of acres. the biggest concern this morning is an active 700-acre fire binning -- burning in san

median and crashed. a woman lives on the second floor above the funeral home. she said it was scary, her it, looked out the window and could not believe what she was seeing. >> i saw everything turn orange. there is this big truck plowed into our builting and is on fire. then i saw flames shooting into the air. her apartment unit, the window right there, is charred on the outside and inside the building it is fine. she says she was on the phone with money -- with 9/11 on hold for five minutes but she knew it was time to get out. a big surprise is the building is okay, a 90-year-old building and the stucco saved the building. the truck is here and has been here for hours and will stay here. they are waiting for haz-mat
