front porch. she is still here at oakland children's hospital in critical condition. tomorrow would be her ninth birthday. sky 7hd was above the crime scene as police collected evidence. on the ground, word spread fast a child was one of the people hit in a spray of bullets. >> heard it was a child. hoping it wasn't my neighbor's son. but it wasn't him. it was another little child down the street, from my understanding. >> police say a 47-year-old man who was also hit in the shooting, was the intended victim. neighbors told me off camera a car pulled up and two people opened fire on the man as he was walking in front of this house. but the stream of bullets went into other homes and through a wood fence four houses down the street. the little girl was hit in the neck as she was playing on the front porch. her seven-year-old brother was just a few feet away and was not hit.

neighbors say they're from a good family. >> quiet go to work, come home, walk their kids to school. >> the man who was shot suffered wounds to his leg and groin. he is at highland hospital and is expected to survive. police have not released many other details in the ongoing investigation, or any possible motive this is a shooting that the mayor says is a top priority. >> whenever a child is hurt, we take it very personally and we have had a pretty good track record of arresting people who hurt children. >> she is encouraging anyone with information about this crime to contact police. in oakland, abc7 news. two separate shootings in hayward left three people injured two men were wounded in the first shootingment one fired into an apartment in the second shooting around 3:00s 30 this morning on south garden avenue. all the victims are expect to survive. there have been no arrests.

>> family and friends of a missing 19-year-old man with a traumatic brain injury held a walk in san francisco today to mark the first anniversary of his disappearance. sean seedy was last seen may 21, last year, during a visit to his former high school on oak street. he called his father from golden gate park before he disappeared. today's walk for sean falled what is thought to be his path from school to the park. sean's parents are hoping the walk will revive search efforts for their son. >> there's a huge community commitment to search for sean, and i think with social media, there's a lot more awareness, that people are missing, and families need help. if you don't know someone is missing, you can look for them, basically. sean's family is offering a $5,000 reward for information. african leaders agreed to wage war on nigeria's terrorist group, boca haram.

conditions. the cool air mass continues to move east over the area and that's why temperatures come down even more into monday. then things start to change on tuesday, and temperatures start to rebound. overnight lows with the cloud cover and even patchy fog, especially near the coast and on the peninsula, will be mainly in the 50s. so look for 51 in san rafael, 53, san francisco and oakland. 52, san jose. so we'll see clearing early 'er on in some of the interior communities but when you wake up a, clouds, around 7:00 tomorrow morning and patch fog along the coast, and then notice by lunchtime, things quickly clear out. mostly sunny conditions for everyone but temperatures in the 60s along the coast and 60s and 70s around the bay. we won't see too many 80s, just upper 70s, so a few degrees cooler, and the highs tomorrow will be 56 in san -- 6n san francisco, low 70s in san mateo, palo alto, and san jose,
