live from the kgo-tv broadcast center this is abc7 news. we had a deadly bus accident in southern california. thanks for inning us, i am eric thomas. >> i am christian. all lines of interstate 10 will be closed for another hour after an accident that left a bus on its side and killed a number of people. katie marzullo joins us from the newsroom with the first images we are seeing. katie? >> four are dead all on the bus. c.h.p. says 21 people are injured. seven are seriously injured.

three were airlift airlifted. >> at 2:15 this morning a truck jackknifed in the middle of the interstate and spilling steel pipes into the lanes in both directions. the bus swerved to avoid the pipe or hit them and overturned. it slid across the shoulder and 50' down the embankment. four other vehicles crashed. there were 32 people on bus traveling from el paso to los angeles. before the crash they stopped in phoenix. the bus belongs to el paso-los angeles limousine company that shuttles passengers across the southwest and connects to bus lines in mexico. this is not the only recent crash involving a bus and a big rig, one occurred west of chico, ten were killed half of them high school.

lawsuits have already been filed. >> officials with the texas bus company have not publicly commended on the crash. the driver of the big rig was not injured. thank you, katie. >> a vigil is held for for a san lenadro killed when she walked into an amtrak path near her home. she was wearing ear buds and did not hear or see the train. she was truck on monday night at spring lake drive near the apartment complex where she lived with her family. investigators say silva was walking down to calm down after an argument on the phone. the vigil is at 8:00 at san leandro high school. she was a senior. a search is underway for 41-year-old woman missing since she was dropping off her kids at school. she weighs 118 pounds with blond area and blue eyes last seen

passwords and e-mail addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers and birthdate. analysts say that any stolen personal information could lead to identity theft but this hacking should not stop you from being the highest bidder. >> they did not get financial or social security information so it may not be a lot of serious damage. >> ebay says so far, so good, 145 million buyers were active and necessity have not seen any increased fraudulent account activity. how did the hackers get in? they compromised a small number of employee log in credentials giving access to the corporate network. the company is working with law enforcement and security experts one understands cyber security and the risk you take when you go online. >> you are not paranoid about going online? >> no but i work in this field so i am cautious, but i would not use "paranoid." >> speakers say a little bit of caution is good online.

mid-to-upper 70's on the peninsula, and milbrae is 69. we will have low-to-mid 60's along the coast into downtown and south san francisco and the north bay coast and sausalito is 68 and ten degrees warmer in san rafael and all the way up through the north bay vietnam. upper 60's richmond and berkeley and low-to-mid 70's elsewhere with oakland at 71 and east bay hills, upper 70's to low 80's. not quite air conditioning weather especially when you look at the lows tonight and the cloud cover more extensive than it was this morning, it will have more moisture and that is why we will have patchy drizzle for the commute tomorrow. the low will move away slowly and because of that, high pressure is slowly moving in so we will not warm a ton each day just a couple of degrees here and there with high clouds toward sunset everywhere but the coast where we have the low clouds and drizzle tomorrow morning and along the coast especially and possibly the peninsula and the east bay hills and by noon we are starting to see the sunshine break out and
