tonight what has been a contentious campaign. >> it continues to be contentious. she would not speak to us but a spokesperson said hyashi accepted responsibility for the incident so this is an incident she claims was a mistake. her democratic opponent still thinking it's highly relevant and is included surveillance video in his campaign ads on social media. in her defense, the charges she said she doesn't realized she walked out of the union square numan marcus with $2500 in

a south bay woman honored for her actions in texas. we'll have that in just a moment. ebay users want to know about this. you're being urged to change your pass word after a hack attack. ebay revealed a cyber attack in february to early march compromised a data base. this is the information.

four people dead, 21 others hurt after a bus accident on i ten near the city of blythe. a big rig carrying pipes jackknifed bus hit pipes and swerved off the road rolling over and landing 50 feet from the freeway. a vehicle traveling behind the truck hit the pipes first and richard lee saw it happen. >> i saw what i thought was a semi truck the days now, i know it's a bus.
