himself. police are looking for the person would shot two men at a gas station killing one. it happened at the five star gas station on lincoln road west at 9:30. a 24-year-old was shot while sitting in a car. he died at the hospital. another man walking by will survive. no word on the suspect or motive . the justice department is being asked to send a specialist to soothe community anger over three deadly officer-involved sight insurance since march. the chief wants the dialogue with the community next week. the police shootings have triggered angry demonstration. he says officers were protecting themselves and the public and race was not a factor in shootings. the justice department community relation service is impartial agency. >> president obama has a message for the 2014 graduating class of army officers saying "america must always lead on the world
