the school officials say the student in the wheelchair refused or wasn't moving fast enough. 23-year-old security guard marchell mitchell pushed his chair, and mitchell handcuffs him and wheels him until the student spits in his face and mitchell punches the student and dumps him on to the frown. >> we acknowledge that there was a small physical containing prior to the security officer essentially flipping out and attacking the student but nothing that remotely could scruff what -- justify what occurred. >> the second guard restrained his partner. the principal is apologizing to the school community reading in a letter "this incident is not reflective of the kind of culture we cherish or how we treat one another at our school." the district says he was fired the day it happened and mitchell will be in court judge 16 facing
