hill outside the apartment agents raided yesterday. >> good evening. an official with the fbi told me there's no evidence that champion bear lan is planning -- chamberlain is planning an attack. his apartment remains sealed. this as the man authorities say has ties to making explosives remains at large. >> he has put out a nationwide as well as a california statewide be on the lookout. >> the fbi is looking for this man, 42-year-old ryan kelly chamberlain ii, calling him armed and dangerous. >> possession of explosive material at his residence. >> our cameras were at his apartment when agents swarmed the unit, going in and out, wearing hazmat gear. the apartment is sealed but the fbi spokesman stressed there's no threat to public safety. >> explosives in chemical, biological or radiation known at this time. >> i was completely shocked. >> san francisco political consultant alex turk is

ongoing investigation and won't say what led them to the san francisco apartment or chamberlain, and will not reveal a possible motive. anyone who may have seen him is asked to contact police in san francisco. nick smith, abc7 news. here again is a look at the suspect, 42 years old, brown hair, blue eyes, 6'3" and 225 pounds. he is believed to be driving a 2008 white nissan altima with california or texas plates. >> we'll have continuing coverage of the fbi raid on air and on twitter chance -- abc7 news bay area. >> police surrounded an area in mill valley looking for burglars. officers from several agencies have been searching this area with rifles and shotguns drawn since about 3:00 this afternoon. they believe the suspects are armed. officers are turning residents away from the complex.

the men are wanted for two burglaries in kentfield earlier today. three people are recovering tonight after two separate shootings in oakland. the first shooting happened just of 5:00 yesterday evening near international boulevard and 28th avenue. detectives say two suspects attacked two others. the victims are in the hospital in stable condition. the other shooting was this morning at 2:15, half mile away. the victim was able to drive to the hospital after being shot. that person is also in stable condition. in both cases detectives don't have a description of the suspects. tonight family and friends gathered to remember a bay area native killed in the deadly rampage in santa barbara. david wong graduated from fremont christian school and was in his sophomore year at uc santa barbara when he died. sergio quintana is live from the church where loved ones are honoring the bright young man they lost.

sergio? >> this memorial is still in progress and some of his fellow school mates here at the christian school took to the podium, but also his father and his mother. this is an opportunity for friends and extended family, along with his parents to come together and pay their respects to the 20-year-old. he was in his second year at uc santa barbara and up until last week was looking forward to returning to fremont for the summer, to spend time back home. one of the first people to speak to the audience, his mother, jane lu. >> i'm missing you. your arms around my neck. my shoulders, holding my hand. hugging me. reporter: david wong had made plans to move out of the capri apartments in isla vista. he and his friend shared the

unit with eliot rodger. investigators say rodger murdered wong, hong, and their friend, george chen, stabbing them to death. he then went on a murdering killing spree on the streets, shooting three more students to death and injuring 13 others. his mother said that her son had planned on moving out at thened of this semester and moving in with his friends at the beginning of next semester and continuing his studies. reporting live in fremont, sergio quintana, abc7 news. >> fire investigators digging through the ashes of a warehouse fire are trying to figure out what started the fire. firefighters will likely have to put out hot spots for a couple days at the warehouse, once the size of a super wal-mart. this was a nut and fruit processing plant and police first reported the fire at 10:30 last night. these are flames before dawn today. calfire says good timing helped

save the building's owner from losing more. >> the gentleman told me they had finished doing the final processing of what was in the storage facility. so the facility was empty of product. just storage of the wood bins, which is most of what is burning. >> the fire burned hot enough to jump across a road, start a small grass fire and char a fire hose. california's pot farms are making the state's drought situation even worse. that's according to fish and wildlife officials. marijuana growers are sucking rivers and streams dry in northern california's coastal forest to irrigate their illegal farms. the water is also being polluted because of runoff. in lake county, local lawmakers trying to pass on ordinance what would ban outdoor grows to deal with the problem. >> an annual fundraiser that raises millions for san francisco's glide foundation is underway. you have until 7:30 friday evening to place you bid to dine with warren buffett.

a great event and i'm glad kristin was able to attend. it was bench day for doing anything outdoors. live doppler 7hd showing us the coastal clouds that just stuck to the coast all day long and that'sy numbers have been cool. here's a look from sutro tower, looking down toward san francisco. i want to show it while i could bus the marine layer will move in and obscure this view. san francisco, 61, san jose, 77. morgan hill, 82. half moon bay, 54. right now we're even seeing a 30-degree spread from all bay area temperatures. this time we're looking from the east bay towards the west. you see there's coastal low clouds in the distance in the 70s in santa rosa, and in the 80s in fairfield, concord, livermore. as we take a closer look from emeryville out towards the west

and the bay, you'll notice clouds will pick up overnight. we'll see fog and drizzle monday morning but mainly along the coast and possibly inland valleys. cooler tomorrow, and then a warming trend starts on tuesday which continues into saturday. so, we have this upper level low, this area of disturbance going to cool temperatures tomorrow, just for one day. by about five to ten degrees. then high pressure will build back in tuesday, into next weekend, bringing temperatures into the nines in inland by -- by the 089s inland by the end of the work week so the marine layer tonight, 2,000 feet, this will allow the low clouds to spread farther inland and that helps contribute to the lower temperatures tomorrow. overnight lows in the 40s to low 50s. half moon bay, santa cruz, patchy drizzle may be seen as well, and santa rosa, fog there in the morning. low 50s elsewhere. tomorrow, by the afternoon hours, the sun will come out,

the clouds will pull back to the coast but it will be cool. 70s inland instead of the upper 80s. 73 in san jose. warm, pleasant conditions, mild as well. on the lower part of the peninsula, low 70s to 50s at the coast so 59 in half moon bay, 61 downtown san francisco, partly cloudy, and look for mid-70s as well through sonoma and napa, east bay numbers coming down into the 60s so from 62 in richmond, to 69 in fremont. and it's going to be a nice relief for inland communities so we'll see 70s, and enjoy it but a it's going to ramp back up again on tuesday. here's the accuweather seven-day forecast, nice inland in the 70s, and then things ram up on tuesday, and then we start warming into the 90s on thursday, friday, saturday, and then we'll have lots of sunshine
