center and from our camera, you can see the flags on the terry building or more limp and they kickoff and are blowing out to the east so we will have the cloud cover through about 11:00 and then it will pull back to the coast and be stubborn. it will not leave you often but mostly cloudy. cooler highs up to 13 degrees cooler than yesterday. we will have clouds and drizzle the next two nights with the marine layer getting deeper and more moisture. once this passes, we have a heat wave coming inland, and 90's are coming back into the forecast. not today, though, we will be lucky if we get to 80. the cloud cover in the north bay, along san francisco and headed over into the bay, as far south as the dumbarton bridge by 9:00, pulls back by 1:00 and then a pocket of sunshine along the coast you stuck in the 50's and 60's long the bay and 70's inland and we will head south where we have low-to-mid 70's
