with temperatures in the upper 50's to mid-60's. leyla gulen? >> everyone is wondering what will happen with muni. 100 additional vehicles have been added to the pleat -- fleet so we have 300 are 600 operating today. amy hollyfield has the details but expect massive delays. if you are thinking of taking bart, we have 38 trains right now that currently are running. at the caldecott tunnel highway 24 from broadway to the tunnel, we have construction. starting with the bay bridge toll plaza the drive is moving along just fine but for the cash-paying lanes with a few back up and beyond the tolls, from emeryville to the eastern span, and over to t.i. the traffic is clear. thank you, develop, news, muni riders likely headed for another rough commute headed into what looks like a second day of a staged sickout by

drivers. amy hollyfield is at the west portal station. go have new information for you, a spokesman says 100 more workers are coming into work today than they had yesterday and they still have a high number of worker whose have called in sick. you need to expect significant delays. here is what it looked like yesterday: people were crammed into the buses and trains. this morning, early commuters are full with a lot of sun certainty. a man had his family drive him to the muni to see if there would be trains. >> nothing. it is more like they are "trying." but they are not sure. i cannot wait. >> what are you going to do? >> ask my family to drop me off at work. >> here is where the buses sat yesterday, two-thirds of muni

day f.b.i. manhunt is now in jail. >> ryan chamberlain is now in the san francisco jail. the united states marshals have to pick him up and that will happen later this morning. >> a man at crissy field captured the arrest on the cell field and the police department got a tip that ryan chamberlain's car was there. it did not take long for officers to arrive and move in. he was on the run since saturday when f.b.i. agents found explosive materials in the san francisco apartment. authorities issued a nationwide look out for the media consultant. one man was there for the arrest. they yelled at him to get an arm behind his back and he said he couldn't, and they finally got it around and got him cuffed. >> authorities knew that ryan chamberlain was around tracking the 42-year-old to a bar in the

the current average is under $30 a month. the city council will approve a new deal by july to take effect next year. the san jose leaders will resume their debate tonight on proposed regulations for medical marijuana clubs in the city with the city council delaying a vote on new rules for pot clubs and the proposed rules include an increase in marijuana business tax to 10 percent keeping pot clubs 1,000 feet from schools and 150' from homes and must be grown in san jose. there are 78 cooperatives in san jose most of any bay area city. now a check on the forecast. mike? we will hook at what happened yesterday. yesterday afternoon you can see the clouds rolling right back in. it is beautiful time lap showing the marine layer and how close it came to hugging the ground during the afternoon hours. now, we are left with clouds just about everywhere, not much

this is abc7 news covering oakland and the bay area. a look from our camera toward the new span of the bay bridge and you can see traffic is moderate this time of morning and moving along. we know there will be problems on muni again and we will give you the complete information coming up. happening tonight, the city of richmond is ready for a showdown over minimum wage and our media partner, the "contra costa times" reports that the

newest proposal includes raising the minimum wing to $13 an hour the highest in the state. officials have been going back-and-forth. the city council approved an ordinance to raise it to $12.30 by 2017 but in april the city council voted to defer the formal adoption for further study. the city council meeting starts at 6:30. >> can hear the clearing, the city council has local lawmakers unanimously passing an ordinance that gradually increases the minimum wage in that difficult to $15 an hour making it the highest in the nation. it phases in the wage increase over several years with a slower process for small businesses. bigger companies more than 500 employees nationally will have to have at least three years to reach $15 an hour. another record-setting day

francisco county jail this morning after being taken into custody last night at crissy field. this is video of the dramatic arrest. he is a long time political operative and media consultant on the run since saturday when f.b.i. agents found explosives in his apartment. authorities say they knew he was in town after they tracked him in the height where he used an a.t.m. at a bar. they got a tip that his car was in the parking lot. >> he reach out on social media posting a long letter on facebook that many interpreted as a suicide note. in the letter he blames online searches for the saturday raid saying betrayals by his mom, girlfriend and best friend left him depressed and the landlord says he never saw him as a troubled tenant. >> chamberlain never exhibited peculiar behavior or did anything to raise our suspicion

person missing from a sunken sailboat near sausalito. this photo provided by the coast guard shows the partly submerge ed boat. the coast guard received a distress signal at 4:30 yesterday on morning. crews combed the water near the golden gate bridge. investigators think there was only one person on board. the better was headed to hawaii from alameda. >> four sheriff deputies who were involved in the deadly rampage in isla vista are returning to duty. the deputies were placed on routine leave after they were involved in two gun battles with elliot rodger on may 23. authorities say elliot rodger fatally stabbed or shot six people and wounded 13 others before turning the gun on himself. three of the victims were students from san jose and fremont. >> kidney transplant surgery is scheduled for a petaluma's marriage was not a match but their blood is. the couple will have surgery in

covering cupertino, concord, wine country, and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. a hearing is underway in oakland whether wal-mart disciplined or fired workers illegally. they are said to have illegally threatened and disciplined and fire workers if taking part in strikes and protests after walking off the job nationwide pushing for better pay and benefits in 2012 and 2013. the case involves 60 wal-mart
