today saying if the remain employees call in sick they need a doctor's note to be paid. that worked a little bit. they have 100 more workers coming in today than they had yesterday. they still had a lost employees calling in sick and only half of muni's fleet will be in operation today. trains are rolling through the west portal station where we are this morning. they have more trains going downtown. it is the outbound trains that are showing long waits. some commuters say they are frustrated. others say they are just rolling with it. >> it wasn't that bad yesterday. no worse than normal wait day. maybe i was just lucky. maybe not. >> you are feeling okay? >> yes, not a problem. >> sounds hike he got lucky. >> trains and buses were packed with people and two-thirds of the muni vehicles stayed park yesterday. they think fed will be better, there will be 100 more vehicles

rolling today than they had yesterday but, they still say you should plan for delays. this is all because of a labor dispute with employees not happy with the contract that muni has offered them and many of them, now, are staging a sick out on day two. barn will be honoring muni tickets again today. you are urged to avoid muni if you can. the muni contract would make them the second highest in the country just behind new york and just ahead of chicago. a nationwide manhunt ends three miles from where it began. video shows the moment san francisco police take ryan chamberlain into custody at crissy field. matt keller joins us from the

san francisco jail with what is next for ryan chamberlain. matt kenseth? >> ryan chamberlain is expected to be in federal court this morning. the san francisco police department and the f.b.i. are expected to hold a joint news conference later today. we are expected to learn more at that time about the case. what we know is the three-day manhunt ended last night, in crissy field, where the arrest was captured on a cell phone. before that, san francisco police were hot on the trail of ryan chamberlain and they tracked the 42-year-old to the mad dog bar in the height where he used the tam. merchants say plainclothes officers were combing the neighborhood asking anyone if they saw him. after ryan ripe was found and taken into custody, the bomb squad was called in to search his car but nothing was found. >> i saw him yelling "help," when he saw me filming and looked right at me and yelled "help." ryan chamberlain was on the run since saturday when the

f.b.i.ing as found explosives in his apartment. there was a nationwide look out for ryan chamberlain with an arrest hours after an apparent suicide note was posted on facebook. he was jailed after midnight and is expected to stay here until the united united states marshak him up. breaking overnight in san francisco, police are investigating a shooting in the mission district this morning. a man was slot in the leg on mission near 19th street and this was at 2:00. he was taken to the hospital. right now police are looking for a group men arguing with the victim just before the shooting. several streets were closed for investigators but they have reopened. >> you may have missed it but this is election day in california and it is the primary, with the polls open if lows than an hour at 7:00 a.m. and the question remains, how many people will be voting? turnout is expected to be at a record low.

at its city council meeting tonight. our media partner reports that richmond will discuss raising their minimum wage to $13 an hour by 2018 to be highest in the state. back in march the city council approve an ordinance to raise it to $12.30 by 2017 but the vote was deferred to a later month. >> the meeting starts at 6:30. oprah is talking about her bid to buy the l.a. clippers in an interview where she says $2 billion would not have been a wise business decision the amount that former microsoft c.e.o. ballmer paid for the team. she says initially she was really excited about the bidding process thinking it would be fun to own a team. she pulled out saying $2 billions with her limit. she is glad she didn't buy l.a. clippers and says friends will not be hitting her up for tickets.

>> dan marino has filed a lawsuit against the nfl one of 15 former players who filed a lawsuit in philadelphia last week. he and the others claim that the nfl misled the players about the long-term dangers of concussions. the nfl has denied any wrongdoing. a movie based on the expense of n.s.a. leaker edward snowden will soon hit the silver screen. oliver stone will write and direct a film based on the book "the snowden files," after leaking documents about american surveillance activity to a columnist in june. in a statement he calls the account of the leaks "one of the greatest stories of our time," and says making a film is a real challenge. panera bread is making changes to the menu, with a chain of cafes planning to remove artificial colors and sprinklers and presbyterian --

covering santa rosa, berkeley, san jose and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. this morning, the man who sparked a nationwide f.b.i. manhunt is waking up if san francisco jail after being transgendered down three miles from his home. matt keller has the next step for ryan chamberlain. >> ryan chamberlain is at san francisco jail being booked after lid night. now he is waiting for the marshalls to pick him up. the arrest was captured by cell phone at crissy field. officers got a tip that his car was this. he was running since saturday when the f.b.i. agents found explosive materials in the san francisco apartment.ç authorities issued a nationwide
