and he faces up to ten years if convicted he's expected back in court tomorrow. in san francisco, abc7 news. >> disturbing information this afternoon. we know that a woman arrested for attacking a girl with a hammer at an oakland elementary school is accused of sexual assaulting the girl. investigators released details of the complaint against the woman this afternoon. the girl attacked in a bathroom at lafayette elementary school on friday. she has serious injuries and still in the hospital. investigators believe there is a feud between the suspect and victim families. she's set to make a court appearance friday. >> a controversial policy to give pregnancy tests to most women booked into jail is facing a legal challenge tonight. the aclu is suing. age limit is 60. one plaintiff was given the test when she was nearly 70.

a 20-year-old justin watkins killed june 26th in south san jose. it's the first time police and district attorney pooled money to offer a reward of this amount. >> we're hearing from a security guard working at dodger stadium when giants fan brian stow was attacked there. that attack left him permanently brain damaged the guard is also a sheriff. >> a veteran sheriff deputy says he sounded the alarm. that there was a gang problem, and it was getting worse in the parking lot. testifying he retired after 33 years, then signed on to work security at the park. he tells the jury parking areas were not well lit, a hazard for people exiting at games end question did that apply to
