this call came in at 1:20. a man was found unconscious on the brown and not breathing with visible injuries. the initial investigation was treated like a hit-and-run but now it is changing. homicide was called out. traffic investigation unit is not here. police are wassing -- police are canvassing the neighborhood. the area is blocked out. expecting to be here for several hours. in half moon bay friends and family of a young woman are demanding just first after she was shot and killed by a sheriff deputy. 18-year-old yanira serrano garcia went after a deputy with a knife on tuesday near her home. her brother read a statement at a vigil asking for an honest investigation into what happened. official say san mateo county
