threats, came out of a room with a weapon, and didn't stop after an officer fired a rubber baton >> during an investigation, the weapon recovered was determined to be a bebe gun rifle. the weapon had no appearance of being anything other than a rifle >> he is accused of killing a 38-year-old woman as for the four officers who shot griggs they've been paid on routine paid administrative leave. >> it's an unfortunate situation that took mr. grig's life. and we're always seeking to comply with the law. >> reporter: despite the death, investigators say the homicide case will remain active. they're still trying to find the body. two young children are in child protective custody after investigators pulled them out of

a residential drug lab in san jose this morning sky 7 hd was overhead near north 28th and east julian street. federal agents say the tubs were holding liquid methamphetamine. >> national drug cart yelz are operating in the silicon valley. it's a location that is conducive to recruiting individuals to assist in methamphetamine production process as well as distribution process. federal agents made no arrests. investigators say the lab was capable of making hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of crystal meth >> police in berkeley raided a different kind of drug lab this morning. this shows officers and firefighters searching a home

investigators say they found psychedelic drugs and materials to make them the street was closed and neighbors evacuated. everything is now back to normal >> developing news. a judge unsealed court documents describing how the fbi was tipped off about ryan chamberlain the affidavit said he used bit coin to purchase bio online. >> these describe a nationwide investigation that led fbi investigators to ryan chamberlain's door saturday it began with an affidavit saying the fbi was tipped off after he turned himself into new york city police saying he bought a lethal poison on the tour network. it's a network that allows people to hide their activity. at that point, the investigators

looked into the black market reloaded site, and the seller, and they arrested a man in sacramento who gave the fbi ryan chamberlain's address the teller described conversati conversations now, saying that the san francisco buyer wanted to buy on the tour network. so he wanted abrin, another lethal toxin the san francisco buyer then went into questions in this affidavit about the dosing size, and whether an autopsy could detect the drug. the price is settled at $250 in bit coin per sample. explaining it would have been enough for potentially hundreds of lethal doses a record indicates that the
