told the seller he wanted to buy liquid ricein but it was too expensive, he was after abrin, another lethal toxin. he allegedly agreed to pay $250 for the abrin, the fbi believes to have been enough a ups record shows he received a package in december the affidavit goes on to describe interaction with another seller and allegedly tried to buy pure nicotine as well. when the fbi agents executed a search warrant they did not find bio toxin but did find components for an ied. >> an explosive device could maim or kill people. i don't think it makes a difference that what they found was different than what the search warrant indicated they
