>> a very good saturday morning to you all. it's 5:00 a.m. i'm katie marzullo. wheel -- we'll start off with a quick look at the forecast. here's lisa argen. >> 57 in mountain view, 52 san francisco and just 50 santa rosa. the low clouds and fog peeling back to the coast today. even sunshine at the coast and temperatures there will be climbing into the upper 60s. here's a look at emeryville. afternoon high necessary the east bay, it will be in the mid-70s, even upper 70s. at the coast with limited sunshine, mid-60s, look at the heat coming into the east bay, low to mid-90s.

that's the key, it's everywhere. police in the east bay are putting together a task force after several violent attacks by large groups of teenagers. it's called wilding and it isn't just one city's problems. police departments from all over the area are banding together to put a stop to it. we have more from san le an degree. >> kids come in here, they jump over the gates all the time. >> what are they doing? >> arrests. >> over the past month san leandro police a growing number have been using bart to travel up and down the 880 corridor mostly for the purposes of doing nothing but terrorizing people and committing acts of crime, the trend called wilding was sparked bay youtube video where 600 young people roomed

the streets of chicago last year committing crimes. >> we need safety in numbers. several people have been assaulted and robbed and now police agencies from oakland to fremont have created police officer. >> not five or six will show up, to or 30 will. >> many crimes are affectth bay fair center mall and shopping areas and surrounding cities. >> you see a lot of people leaving the area and shopping elsewhere. it's sad. >> the task force is still being formed but a full task force will be ready to respond as early asex week. in san leandro, alan wang, abc7 news. >> police are looking for a man accused of assaulting a man in san mateo. this is the surveillance of a man who assaulted a woman on a woman. he grabbed her from behind in bear hug type hold. she was able break free and not hurt. suspect is described as hispanic mail about 5'2", and 140 pounds.

court documents have revealed the san francisco man at the center of an fbi manhunt bought enough biotoxins to kill hundreds of people. fbi agent claimed while they didn't find the biotoxins in his apartment, they did finddom making components. they believed he bought the toxins john lied on the network that allows people to hide their activity. he brought it on the site a "black market reloaded." our i-team uncovered that site on a report called dark report" just last month. >> these tugs that you see here hold meth meg in the liquid farm, later to be converted into

>> welcome back, everyone. 5:30 now. we are starting this half-hour with a quick check of the weather. here's meteorologist lisa argen. >> good morning, katie. it's cloudy in the city and there are areas of clouds around the bay. but where it is cloudy it will burn off quicker today. that will lead it a warmerdy for everyone. san francisco 52, 57 in san carlos. we have clear sky in san jose and 54. four mile visibility at half moon bay, 52 degrees. and looking at better visibility around the bay with the fog just ending near our east bay. but as we go through the afternoon, we will look for the temperatures to warm quickly with a wide range with mid-60s for ocean beach and stinson. upper 70s toward oakland. mid-80s in san jose and upper 80s in the north bay. mid-90s inland. that's not the hottest day of the weekend, though. we have triple digits ahead as soonçg7ç as tomorrow. >> thank you, lisa.

new this morning, president obama is use the college commencement season to talk about legislation that would let college graduates refinance their loans. in his weekly radio address he notes the program would be paid for by closing faction loopholes for millionaires. the choice facing lawmakers is to protect young people from crushing debts or to protect tax breaks for millionaires. >> the senate democrats are working on a bill that would help more young people save money. just like you can refinance your mortgage as a lower interest rate, this bill would let you refinance your student loans. and we pay for it by closing loopholes that allow some millionaires to pay a lower tax rate than the middle class. >> the senate is expected to debate the legislation next week. it faces significant obstacles. >> vice president biden is in ukraine this morning to attend the inauguration of the nation's new president. he's also expected to meet with ukrainian leaders.
